Detresse/Jayden Himmel
Jayden Himmel was a contract killer for the Conglomerate, an association of white-collar criminals who manage most of the illicit activity in Las Vegas. When what had seemed like a routine hit went terribly sour, Jayden found herself on the verge of death with the blood of a divine being on her hands.
Jayden was found broken and bleeding not by the paramedics or the police, but by strange priests of an ancient and secret order. The priests offered her a second chance at life, for a price.
